1. Open import entry point in Settings Panel.
2. Choose Attendance Records JSON.
3. Validate preview results.
4. Commit import.

Full backup restore

1. Open full backup restore.
2. Review per-section counts and warnings.
3. Confirm no live meeting Attendance record is active.
4. Commit restore.
