Can I use AttendFlow without roster data?

Why do I see unmatched rows?
Section titled “Why do I see unmatched rows?”The display name did not match roster Name Matching rules.
Where do I change CSV export language?

Why did all my Attendance Records disappear?
Section titled “Why did all my Attendance Records disappear?”If you re-installed (re-authenticate) AttendFlow, your local data might have been cleared. If you have a full backup, you can restore it to get your records back. Otherwise, new meetings will create new records, but old records cannot be recovered without a backup.
Therefore it’s recommended to regularly export full backups of your data, especially before making changes to your installation or settings. This way, you can ensure that you have a copy of your important attendance records and configurations in case of accidental data loss.
Also, do not treat this app as a long-term historical archive. It’s best used for recent meetings and attendance tracking. For long-term storage, export the relevant Attendance Records after each meeting and store them in your own system.
Can I export one Attendance record in multiple formats?
Section titled “Can I export one Attendance record in multiple formats?”Yes. JSON, summary CSV, and manual attendance records CSV are supported.
Why is full backup restore blocked?
Section titled “Why is full backup restore blocked?”A live Attendance Record is still active. End live tracking first, then retry the restore.
Why does a record still say In Progress after the meeting ended?
Section titled “Why does a record still say In Progress after the meeting ended?”Keep the Settings Panel open and finish a sync from the Meeting Panel. Briefly open another Zoom meeting so the Meeting Panel runtime can reconnect and complete the sync. AttendFlow cannot complete that sync unless both the Meeting Panel and the Settings Panel are running.
Do I need host or co-host role?
Section titled “Do I need host or co-host role?”Yes, because Zoom API requires host or co-host permissions to get participant join/leave events and participant names programmatically.
Why do I only see some Meeting Panel features?
Section titled “Why do I only see some Meeting Panel features?”If you are not host or co-host, AttendFlow will not show the full live meeting controls.
