Install, Use, and Remove AttendFlow

This page is the Zoom-specific operator guide for Marketplace listing review.

Add and Install

Section titled “Add and Install”
  1. Sign in to Zoom Marketplace with an account that can install Zoom apps.
  2. Open the AttendFlow app listing.
  3. Select Add.
  4. Review requested permissions and approve installation.
  5. Zoom will open the app authorization flow and return to AttendFlow after completion.

Use AttendFlow in Meetings

Section titled “Use AttendFlow in Meetings”
  1. Start or join a Zoom meeting as host or co-host.
  2. Open Apps in Zoom and launch AttendFlow.
  3. In the meeting panel, monitor live participants and attendance states.
  4. In settings or main client, maintain roster names, aliases, and meeting profiles as needed.
  5. Export records when you need post-meeting reconciliation or archival workflows.

Remove or Uninstall

Section titled “Remove or Uninstall”
  1. Open Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Go to Manage > Added Apps.
  3. Select AttendFlow.
  4. Choose Remove.
  5. Confirm removal.

Troubleshooting

Section titled “Troubleshooting”
  • If installation redirects fail, contact support and include meeting time, timezone, and account context.
  • If exports fail to open, retry and verify your network allows access to AttendFlow domains.
