Operator workflow

1. Launch AttendFlow from Zoom Apps inside the meeting.
2. Confirm active mode (roster mode or generic mode).
3. Monitor live participant changes and resolve obvious mismatches.
4. Capture snapshots when needed for checkpoints or audit moments.
5. Continue session capture until meeting closure.

• Keep controls compact for the meeting viewport.
• Prioritize immediate status clarity over archive-heavy analytics.
• Defer durable policy decisions and archive authority to the main client surface.
