Live Statuses

AttendFlow tracks participant presence as state transitions over meeting time.

Common live statuses

• Present: participant is currently in the meeting.
• Waiting room: participant is connected but not yet admitted.
• Left: participant was present earlier but is currently out of meeting.
• Returned: participant left and then rejoined.
• Left early: participant was present but left before the expected end of session.

Roster-aware interpretation

When roster mode is enabled, runtime participant states are reconciled against expected names and aliases:

• Expected: matched to canonical roster identity.
• Missing: expected participant not observed in meeting.
• Unmatched: observed participant not mapped to roster identity.
• Guest: participant intentionally outside roster scope.

Practical notes

• Statuses can change multiple times in one session.
• Exported records preserve timestamps and transitions for later reconciliation.
• Manual snapshots capture a point-in-time view in addition to event history.
