AttendFlow is export-first: local operational storage supports runtime work, and exported artifacts provide durable portability.

Export formats

• CSV exports for spreadsheet-friendly reporting and operational review.
• JSON exports for durable archival, full-fidelity restore, and system-to-system transfer.

Typical export content

• Session identity and revision metadata.
• Participant attendance events and timestamps.
• Snapshot records captured manually during meetings.
• Reconciliation signals (expected/missing/unmatched/guest) when roster mode is used.

Importable data

• Session archives from prior AttendFlow exports.
• Configuration records including roster names, aliases, and meeting profile data.

Operational guidance

• Keep raw exported files as source artifacts before manual editing.
• Prefer JSON when full fidelity restore is required.
• Use CSV for downstream analytics and stakeholder reporting.
