Client Surface Features
The client surface is the durable operations center outside the live meeting panel.
Configuration ownership
Section titled “Configuration ownership”Main/settings client owns durable writes for configuration tables:
- Roster people
- Alias mappings
- Meeting profiles
Archive and policy controls
Section titled “Archive and policy controls”- Session archive browsing and filtering.
- Policy decisions such as accepted, suppressed, and imported-authoritative.
- Review and approval flow for alias mutation requests from meeting runtime.
Data lifecycle operations
Section titled “Data lifecycle operations”- Import and export workflows for configuration and session artifacts.
- Historical reconciliation and cleanup workflows.
- Defensive fallback closure handling while preserving meeting-owned revision authority.
Why it is separate from meeting surface
Section titled “Why it is separate from meeting surface”- Meeting panel is optimized for real-time capture.
- Client panel is optimized for durable governance and reconciliation.
- Split ownership prevents cross-panel write conflicts.
